7.热情迎接客人适当的处理客人的意见和问题并促进销售以达到预期的收益效果。
8.正确介绍菜单适当的时候为客人提供好的建议,为客人服务食品和酒水。
9.与客人保持良好的关系提供人性化得服务。
10.根据库存量安排采购。
11.掌握相关的食品酒水以及服务知识。
Job Duties:

5. Lead subordinates to create a good working atmosphere.

8. Correctly introduce the menu and provide good suggestions for guests when appropriate, and serve food and drinks for guests.
9. Maintain good relationship with guests and provide humanized service.
10. Arrange purchase according to inventory.
11. Master relevant food, beverage and service knowledge.
