Supervise,train and inspect the performance of assigned Room Attendants, TurndownAttendants and Floor Attendants, ensuring that all procedures and guest room,cleaning quality are completed to the hotels standards. Assist where necessaryto ensure optimum service to guests.

QUALIFICATIONS
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 3 years work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
