1.The ability to organize and orchestrate any last minute changes or details to functions.

2.The ability to assist in hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, directing and supervising the work of employees in the Banquet Department.Conduct and maintain all training programs on a continual to insure a high degree of professionalism within the staff.

3.The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and associates.

Responsibilities 任职要求:
3 year minimum banquet experience and or food and beverage management experience.
至少有3年的宴会经验或者餐饮部的管理、监督经验。
Possesses an eye for attention to detail.
能够关注每一个细节。
Excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent motivational skills.

To manage and coordinate all events that will take place, ensuring that all functions are successfully executed, ensuring maximum guest and employee satisfaction consistent with Pullman Standards, through planning, organizing, directing, training and liaising with the Food & Beverage operation and administration. To organize unique events, making the location an exciting entertainment venue and a successful profit center.
