Major Responsibility 主要工作职责
1• Implement the instructions of the manager and actively implement various tasks. 认真贯彻会所经理指示,积极落实各项工作任务。
2• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the clubhouse, including staff scheduling, service delivery, and event planning.
监督并协调会所的日常运营,包括员工排班、服务提供和活动策划。
3• Responsible for cost control, resources allocation, operating cost reduction. Develop and implement the department's budget, ensure all accounts are accurate and closed within the safe account period. Responsible for department CAPAX management.
负责成本管理,合理调配资源,降低运营成本。制定和执行本部门的财政预算, 及时有效的跟进处理 所有账目,确保账目的准确和在安全账期间内结算。同时负责部门固定资产管理。
4• Lead the Club House team to actively and effectively conduct sales activities, including but not limited to ASR and property accessories. 带领会所团队积极有效进行销售活动,包括但不仅限于雅星会会员招募以及物业周边产品。
5• Assist to plan, execute and carry out effective guest activities or support other activities according to the brand attributes, including but not limited to Brand 360, Ascott Care and other event themes.协 助团队依照所属品牌属性积极计划、执行开展有效的住客活动或支持其他活动,包括但不仅限于品牌 360、雅诗阁关怀等活动主题。
6• Familiar with the safety requirements of the club equipment, familiar with the safety and health standards of the water quality of the swimming pool, check and improve accordingly.
熟悉会所各项设备的安全使用要求,熟悉泳池水质的安全卫生标准,并根据标准检查和改进
7• Familiar with industry related laws and regulations, implementation standards, and actively cooperate with the inspection of government departments.
熟悉行业相关的法律法规、执行标准,积极配合政府部门的各项检查。
8• Be warm, modest, and establish a good relationship with the guests, and improve service quality.
热情、谦和,与客人建立良好的关系,不断提升服务质量。
9• Enhance on-site supervision, timely detection and correction service.
加强现场监督,及时发现和纠正服务中产生的问题。
10• Proper and timely deal with the customer requirements, inquiries and complaints.
妥善及时地处理好客人投诉。
11• Timely provide the comments and suggestions from the guests to the club house manager, to improve their work.
及时将客人的意见和建议反馈给会所经理,以改进工作。
12• In charge of the cleaning of the Club House and maintain the clean and tidy environment of the clubhouse.
抓好会所的清洁卫生工作,保持会所的环境卫生。
13• Comply with the Group's environmental health and safety guidelines and policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation during daily jobs.
遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策,日常工作中注意节能和安全操作。
14• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing training and development opportunities.
监控和评估员工绩效,提供培训和发展机会。
15• Daily inspection of the club's public areas for maintenance issues, timely reporting and follow-up of repairs.
每日检查会所公共区域工程维修问题,及时报修跟进。
16• Conduct daily inspections using the SPR (Safety, Performance, and Repair) Check List, and examine the club areas in accordance with audit requirements.
每日检查SPR Check List ,按照审计要求检查会所区域。
17• Be responsible for providing regular business training to the subordinates, and constantly improve their professional quality and service skills.
负责对下属员工进行定期业务培训,不断提高员工的业务素质和服务技巧。
18• In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策,日常工作中注意节能和安全操作。
19• Work as property Manager On Duty (MOD) per plan.
按排班担任物业值班经理。
20• Any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
Requirements 资质需求
1• Professional image, more than 3 years’ relevant industry experience is preferred.
形象良好,具有3年以上同等相关工作经验者优先。
2• Good communication skill and good oral English ability, have working experience of swimming pool is preferred.
良好的沟通能力,具备良好的英语口语能力,有游泳池工作经验者优先。
3• Have good sense of responsibility, be honest and have positive work attitude.
富有工作责任心,诚实可靠,工作态度积极认真。
4• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
出色的客户服务技能,能够有效处理客户询问和投诉。
5• Be able to accept shift work.
能够接受翻班工作制。
