2.良好的英语口译及书写能力。

Ensures that the Market Café is kept cleanand organized, both at the front as well as theback of house.
9.餐厅副经理不在岗时,就每日的准备、服务和菜单为员工召开班前例会。
In the absence of Assistant Manager - Market Café, conductdaily pre-shift briefings to associates on preparation, service and menu.
10.协助与厨房针对每日营运和质量控制密切沟通。
Assist to liaise with the Kitchen andBeverage Department on daily operations and quality control if appropriate.
11.执行收银员的职能并负责Infrasys收银程序。
Performs the function of cashier andresponsible for Infrasys cashiering procedure.
12.将现金余额和信用卡费用和现金汇款放到前厅部保险箱中。
Balances cash and credit card charges andremittance of cash to frontoffice safe.
13.对于特别宴会或大型活动进行必要的检查。
Makes necessary checks needed for specificevents or functions.
14.成为亲身实践操作的主管人员并时常出现在餐厅区域,尤其是繁忙时段。
Be a hands-on supervisor and be present atall times in the MarketCafé,especially during busy periods.
15.协助监督对所有运营设备和营业用品的月度盘点。
Assists with conducting monthly inventorychecks on all operating equipment and supplies.
16.协助与厨房针对每日营运和质量控制进行密切沟通。
Assist to liaise and organize with housekeepingdepartment that thecleaning schedules are strictly adhered to.
17.运营时确保向客人提供充分优质高效的服务。
One should ensure to 100% focus on customersduring operation and provide authentic / sufficient service.
