PURPOSE OF POSITION职位目标
To meet and greet guests at the airport and project a positive first impression of the hotel to arriving guest.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES重要职责
Review Logbook (meet with Supervisor) to learn daily business activity and assignments.
回顾交班本,了解当天的活动情况和工作安排。
Check the condition of the vehicle, adjusted and calibrated vehicle (for example: tire pressure, oil and water etc.)
检查车辆状况,调整校对车辆(例如:轮胎压力、油量和水位等)
Check the vehicle condition : any damage and the need to maintain place should timely report.
检查车辆状况:任何损坏和需要维护的地方要及时报告。
Check the vehicle’s health status, ensure of group standards.
检查车辆的卫生状况,确保达到集团标准。
Contact with transportation Supervisor and Engineering department of vehicle maintenance, follow up.
会同车队主管和工程部对车辆进行维护,跟进
Park vehicle in designated location when car is not used.
车辆不使用的情况下,将车辆停放在安全指定的地点
To obey all traffic laws and regulations.
严格遵守交通驾驶规章制度
Remain on scheduled driving route at all times
根据指定路线驾驶车辆
Ensure the safety of all passengers and their belongings.
保障乘客和物品的安全
According to the requirements of passengers, will be sent to designated locations.
根据客人的要求,将乘客送到指定的地点
Load and unload passengers’ luggage into/out of the vehicle.
协助客人装卸行李
Maintain conversation with passengers according to their requirements.
了解客人的需求进行简单的沟通对话
Maintain accurate knowledge of hotel facilities/services, local attractions/ activities and directions to relay to passengers.
详细了解酒店的设备、服务项目、本地的特色景点等相关信息回答客人的询问
Follow designated procedures for vehicle breakdowns and accidents.
任何车辆的事故和损坏需要遵循事故紧急处理程序
Document all trips accurately prior to the start of and at the conclusion each.
详细记录车辆的启始使用记录
Answer vehicle/department telephone within 3 rings using correct greeting and telephone etiquette.
电话响铃三声内使用标准的服务用语接听电话
Maintain and monitor cleanliness of work areas.
随时保证工作区域的清洁
Ensure confidentiality of all passage information and conversations.
保证任何客人的信息和对话的保密,不可与其他人谈论
Ensure security of vehicle keys.

Ensure that the interests of the hotel shall prevail, revenue as primary objective.

Flexibility required on working hours; morning shift, afternoon shift and night shift. If there is a demand for transportation, overtime can be required to fulfill business needs. The arrangements will be made by driver supervisor and/or chief concierge.

Valid driver’s license

Five Years above experience driving vehicles.
五年以上车辆驾驶经验
Thorough knowledge of local roads.
