Job Summary岗位概述:
Manages the Human Resources function of the Hotel by developing
the strategy aligned to the hotel’s mission, goals and objectives. Promotes
the desired work culture around the Hotel.
Establish and implement annual objectives for the
Human Resources Department. Establish, maintain and ensure adherence to all
personnel-related policies and procedures. Manage department strategic
planning and development. Prepare and manage Hotel Manning budget and
operational budget. Develop, direct and oversee overall hotel recruitment and
hiring activities strategies for all Expat and National Expat positions.
Direct and coordinate human resources activities to hire, train, develop,
empower, coach and counsel all staffs. Maintain and administer employment, salary,
benefit and incentive programs. Supervise quality services in Cafeteria,
locker room, and every area that services the internal customer. Conduct
salary/benefit surveys of the local market and recommend enhancements of the
hotel’s compensation plan. Assist GM to build up melodious and harmonious
communication atmosphere in the hotel.

Major Duties & Responsibilities职责义务
1. MANAGEMENT RESPONSABILITIES管理职责
a) Provide a professional,
advisory and executive support service to the General Manager to assist in
meeting strategic goals of the establishment.

b) Participate in the development
and implementation of Human Resource policies for the establishment. Develop
and administer Corporate and Hotel Human Resource Policies.

c) Liaise with Division/Department
Heads and make recommendations regarding Human Resource issues.

d) Liaise with the Executive
Committee, regarding potential opportunities and threats so as to be
pro-active in addressing changes in the Hotel’s environment.

e) Participate in the preparation
of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans.

f) Analyze staff turnover with the

g) Develop recruitment strategies and
oversee the efficient and timely hiring of all associates.

h) Oversee the selection and
appointment of new associates in the Hotel.

i) Oversee compliance with local
government Employment regulation and industrial awards.

j) Oversee the effective
administration of personnel records and files in line with hotel policy.

k) Oversee effective workplace
injury management, ensuring rapid return to work programs are in place for
all associates.

l) Attend to all industrial
relation matters including Award interpretation, union negotiations and
implementation of restructuring.

m) Represent the employer’s
interest in all employment related legal proceedings and industrial disputes.

n) Maintain safety and cleanliness

associate cafeteria and locker rooms.

legislated heath and safety requirements within the workplace.

p) Implement and manage an

q) Oversee to conduct the annual
Associate Satisfaction Survey.

r) Implement and evaluate an
effective Performance Management Process (PMP) in line with corporate
guidelines.

s) Monitor the maintenance of
current Job Descriptions, salary grades and benefit packages.

t) Prepare work schedules and
annual leave schedules within budget, business expectations and guidelines of
the appropriate industrial legislation.

u) Maintain and administer

z) Conduct Human Resources
Department development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for
further development and structured career path. Monitor the implementation of
Careers Development Program.

aa) Develop Department Heads so
that they may improve their own Human Resources Management practices within
their area.

bb) Implement and maintain Human
Resources Department training systems to ensure that associates have the
necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and
effectively.

2. FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 财务职责
a) Prepares the Human Resource
Division budget.
筹备人力资源部门预算。
b) Controls and analyses, on an
on-going basis, HR Division costs to ensure performance against budget.
持续控制、分析人力资源部的成本以确保部门按照预算运行。
c) Contributes to the preparation
of the hotel’s Strategic Plan, Marketing Plans and Goals Programme.

3. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
RESPONSIBILITES 职业健康和安全职责
a) Demonstrate Awareness of
OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted
safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the
same.

b) Be aware of duty of care and
adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.

safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and enforce these in your
areas.

d) Initiate action to correct a

e) Ensure security incidents and
