Job Description: 职位描述: 1、 Responsible for hotel renovation or construction project survey and project evaluation. 负责酒店翻新或施工项目勘察及项目评估工作。 2、Responsible for hotel renovation to provide professional  services and form a written record to ensure the quality of the hotel process and product standards during the construction process. 负责酒店翻新提供专业服务并形成文字性记录，保障酒店施工过程中工艺质量及产品标准落地。 3、To assist the owner and brand management to do a good job on the quality, progress, safety management of the construction team. 协助业主以及品牌管理方做好有关施工队有关质量、进度、安全管理工作。 4、To assist the owner and brand management to do a good job in the company's standard material procurement and departmental coordination. 协助业主以及品牌管理方做好公司标准物资采购及部门协调工作。 5、Regularly organize on-site construction coordination meetings. 定期组织现场施工协调会议。 6、Weekly record and report the responsible project construction progress and project situation. 每周记录及汇报所负责项目施工进度及项目情况。 Job Requirments: 岗位要求: 1、College degree or above, construction management / design professional, building decoration industry more than 10 years of management experience, can use CAD, word, excel and other public software. 大专以上学历，建筑管理/设计专业，建筑装饰行业10年以上管理经验，能正常使用 CAD、word、excel等办公软件。 2、Familiar with the hotel industry fire and electrical installation specifications and hydropower system construction specifications and acceptance requirements. 熟悉酒店行业消防及电气安装规范和水电系统施工规范和验收要求。 3、Strong language communication skills, good conduct, responsibility. 语言沟通能力强，品行端正，有责任心。 4、Can communicate in English. 能用英文沟通。
