Maximize rooms sales and Resort revenuein association with Sales and Marketing through Inventory Control and otherrevenue generating departments to meet or exceed the budgeted segment roomrevenue and occupancy for the Resort while delivering customer service in linewith Capella brand standards; maximize the team productivity through the use ofmultiple skill e.g. telephone communication skill and Reservation System andscheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as theexpectations of Residents. Maximize sales opportunities and grow business sharefrom domestic, national and international leisure business by cross selling forCapella.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS基本职责:
1. Administer the loading of all new rates into the relevant reservationsystems, including testing and deployment. 将所有新价格输入相关预订系统,包括测试和实施。
2. Leverage the communication with Rooms on checking room-typeavailability to maximize rooms sales, yield and average room rate throughupselling and other inventory and rate management initiatives. 与房务部沟通并检查可售房型,从而将客房销量最大化,并通过增销平衡和管控房价。
3. Monitor and manage the processing of individual and group reservations,rooming lists, waitlists and other reservations according to the ResortPolicies and Procedures. 5. Prepare accurate advance booking counts and forecasts and ensure theeffective and efficient communication with Director, Sales and Marketing andDirector, Revenue Management. Conduct routine telemarketing activities to identify new businessopportunities; qualify and follow up sales leads to identify prospects; utilizedatabase and develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies toincrease the Resort’s market share. 通过例行的电话销售活动发现新商机;审核并跟进销售机遇;利用数据库拟定有效的销售策略,从而增加酒店的市场份额。
9. 15. Coordinate with Resort Operations team to ensure the Residentsexpectations are fully communicated to ensure the delivery of the stayexperience exceeds the Resident’s vision effectively and efficiently.
