Keep smooth order of Hotel, fulfill the work dedicatedly, and ensure the safety of Hotel. 维护酒店安全秩序，尽职尽责完成岗位工作，保证酒店安全。 2. Offer necessary service to guest. 为客人提供帮助和服务。 3. Conduct regular safety patrol, find out any obscuration of accidents, take necessary measures and report to higher level on time. 定期对饭店进行安全巡视，及时发现隐患，及时上报并采取措施。 4. Take good care of communication facilities and skillfully operate all fire control equipment. 爱护通讯器材，熟练使用各种消防设施和器材。 5. Record problems during patrolling and report, examine and monitor with polite once find suspicious personnel and articles. 详细记录巡查过程中发现的问题，上报处理，发现可疑人员和事物要礼貌地进行盘查、监控。 6. Be familiar with the locations of hotel fire facilities and equipments and their operation. 熟悉酒店消防设施、设备的位置、操作及使用方法 7. Strictly carry out shift hand over regulation, cherish position facilities, make detailed record of work needs to follow up. 爱护岗位物品，严格落实交接班制度，对未完成和需跟进的工作要详细记录。 8. 岗位职责： 1、负责电梯、电扶梯日常安全检查、运行及维护保养等工作。 2、严格遵守各项规章制度及操作规程，定期巡视电梯及电扶梯设备，严格把控质量关，杜绝安全隐患。 3、执行电梯及电扶梯维保计划，监督外包维保单位其实施保养情况，按时完成电梯及电扶梯等设备的定期保养项目。 4、协助工程师完成电梯及扶梯安全操作规程、维护保养规程及各类管理制度的制定、审核及修订工作。 任职要求： 1、中专及以上学历，拥有国家相关部门颁发的职业资格证书（上岗证） 2、3年以上酒店工程部工作经验，1年以上同星级岗位管理工作经验。 3、有一定的组织协调能力以及专业素养，能吃苦耐劳，做事踏实稳重。 4、能够独立完成本专业各项工作，突出表现相关专业技能。
