· Responsible for the day-to-day office administrative work, including reception, telephone answering,Transferring phone call, makingrecords, feedback, etc.

· Conduct the filing work within the department.

· Making reportsand forms, and input to the computersystem for inquire.
负责制作各类报告及表格,并将其汇总输入电脑以便查询。
· Making recordsof monthly department attendance& annual leave information.
做好每月部门内的考勤、年假记录等工作。
· Conduct the collection of office supplies,registration.
做好办公用品的领取、发放、登记、管理工作。
· Maintain the cleanliness of the day-to-day office environment.
维护日常办公环境的整洁。
· In compliance with the AscottGroup's Environmental Healthand Safety (EHS) guidelines and
policies, pay attentionto energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策,日常工作中注意节能和安全操作。
· Assist the manager with other jobs required.

Requirements 资质需求
· College or above educationdegree is required;
大专以上文化程度;
· Have certainability in English(listening, speaking, reading,writing);
有一定的英文听/说/读/写能力;
· Good in writing and communication skills;
具有良好的文字表达能力和沟通能力;
· Proficiency in the use of computerand familiar with Microsoft Officesystem ( Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook);
熟练使用电脑,熟悉Microsoft Office 软件(例如:Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook 等);
· Good work sense of responsibility, honestand reliable, alwayshad a positive attitude;
