3.负责复印及分发所有的文件给酒店各个相关的运作部门。
To handle photocopying and distribution of all correspondence such as memos to concerned departments.
4.维护部门档案管理及业务跟催系统。
To maintain a proper filing and trace system for the department.
5.维护部门的整洁度并妥善管理部门的文具及其它办公用品。
To be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the department and ensuring sufficient stock of stationery and other office supplies.
6.负责汇总每周和每月的销售计划。
To responsible for preparing weekly / monthly sales department report.
7.准备销售宣传册和礼物。
