岗位职责：
1. Protect Sangha and provide a
safe environment for guests and Associate. Supervise all on-duty security
personnel, including dispatcher station. Coordinate job assignments and
ensure that each officer is briefed on the day’s activities. Compile
information and file written reports.
保护水中天财产，和为宾客和员工提供安全的居住，工作环境。督导当班的安全部员工。分配协调任务，确保当班员工理解当天的注意事项和情况。准备每天的书面工作报告。
2. Watch for suspicious persons entering, exiting or loitering around
building.
对进出水中天，或在水中天区域闲逛的可疑人员，保持监视。
3. Conduct walk through observations of entire Sangha property.
Promote safe work practices.
对整个水中天区域进行巡视检查。推广安全操作规范。
4. Assist to develop and administer safety programs.
协助推广实行各项安全工作程序。
5. Assist to conduct daily briefing and periodically associate
meeting.
协助主持每天的例会和每阶段的员工大会。

Be responsible
for the staffs’ attendance of outsourcing company, recording the on-duty work
faithfully, do the shift handover and make the handover in the duty record
book.
负责如实核对外包公司人员考勤，如实记录当班工作情况，做好交接班工作，并在值班记录本做好文字交接。
7. Assist supervisor for interviewing, selecting, reviewing and counselling
security
officers &train new associates to maintain order throughout the Sangha
property.
协助上级面试，选拔，审核，指导部门员工，为新员工提供入职培训，以确保他们达到水中天的标准。
8. Monitor associate activity and coach subordinate performance.
平时注意观察下属的工作表现，并随时加以现场指导。
9. To provide training, instructing and guiding all security
associates regularly so that associates may carry out or discharge their
duties efficiently all time.
对安全部员工工作定期培训，确保员工在必要的情况下虽是应用和发挥所学习的知识和技能。
10. Ensure that maximum-security protection is given to the life and
person of the Sangha property’s guests.
确保水中天的宾客安全得到最大程度的保护。
11. Ensure all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous
manner that all Sangha Octave standards are being applied.
确保水中天宾客受到迅速高效，礼貌周到的服务，同 时全面达到Sangha octave的各项标准。
12. Assist guests at Sangha property public areas whenever require.
随时在水中天公共区域协助宾客。
13. According to the principle of "prevention first" in the
Fire Prevention Law; Do a good job in fire safety and public security; Shall
be performed according to the work inspection list of the Security Department
and faithfully recorded; Make statistics and problem list of fire equipment and
monitoring system; Maintain facilities and equipment. Collect and archive all
kinds of fire ledger.
根据消防法“预防为主”的原则；做好消防安全、治安工作；每班次依据保安部工作巡视表执行，并如实记录；消防设施设备及监控系统问题做好统计报修；维护设施设备。各类消防台账做好收集存档。
14. Strictly follow the process of getting surveillance video out.
严格按照部门调看监控录像流程。
任职要求：
·丰富的消防和生命安全系统知识，良好的管理和领导力以及彻底地理解当地政府的法律法规。
·3年及以上国际连锁酒店安全管理经验。
·高中及以上学历，退伍军人优先。
·无纹身，无不良嗜好，无犯罪记录。
