    BASIC FUNCTION基本职责 Cooperatewith the Chinese restaurant manager to plan, organize, control and coordinateall matters of the Chinese restaurant.     JOB OVERVIEW 职位描述 Responsible for supervising the stewarding operation during shift and for cleaning and maintaining food and beverage premises to high hygienic standards.
