岗位职责
Responsibility
1.指导班组制定各机电设备相关巡检表格,并监督执行情况,确保所有的机器和设备在安全且有效的状态下运行,及时处理异常情况,不论能否立即处理,都要及时向副总工程师汇报并在日志中记录。负责责任范围内所有外包合同的执行监督,就日常问题处理与维保商保持密切的联系,并与副总工程师商量合同执行中各种管理性问题;对现有的系统提出改进建议,从而优化该系统的运作效率和经济节约。完成并提供所有的常规报告和总监所需要的数据。在其办公室内对所需的文件建立一有效的记录/存档系统。
Formulate inspection forms related to mechanical and electrical equipment, supervise the implementation, ensure that all machines and equipment operate in a safe and effective state, deal with abnormal conditions in a timely manner, and report to the deputy chief engineer in a timely manner and record in the log whether it can be dealt with immediately or not. Supervise the execution of all outsourcing contracts within the scope of responsibility, keep close contact with the maintenance provider on daily issues, discuss with the deputy chief engineer various management issues in the execution of the contract, propose improvement suggestions for the existing system, so as to optimize the operation efficiency and economic savings of the system. Complete and provide all routine reports and data required by the director. Establish an effective record / archive system for required documents in his office.
2.参与制定年度能源及维修预算,审核与之相关的资本支出授权申请表提案,并提供适当的推荐方案;支持和发起降低能源及公共设施成本和流程改进的计划,分析和监督本部门的能源成本和支出,决定最优的操作效率,并在日志和公共设施数据显示与标准差异过大时采取必要的改善措施;向工程总监推荐新的政策和程序,制定更经济的运作和维修保养计划;每月制定本岗位相关的材料采购计划,并跟进相关申报工作,对设备维修的专用备件进行货源搜索,用合理的数量填写备件PR申请单,报工程总监审批;绘制图纸,联系特殊加工或购买,广泛收集已发生过采购关系的供货商名片,从后勤上保证班组维修、保养工作。并将每次特殊采购、加工图纸资料分类归档。
Participate in the formulation of annual energy and maintenance budget, review the related capital expenditure authorization application form proposal, and provide appropriate recommendation scheme; support and initiate the plan of reducing energy and public facilities cost and process improvement, analyze and supervise the energy cost and expenditure of the Department, determine the optimal operation efficiency, and show the big difference with the standard in the log and public facilities data Take necessary improvement measures when necessary; recommend new policies and procedures to the engineering director, make more economic operation and maintenance plan; make relevant material purchase plan of the post every month, follow up relevant application work, search the source of special spare parts for equipment maintenance, fill in spare parts PR application form with reasonable quantity, and submit it to the engineering director for approval; draw up drawings and contact Special processing or purchase, widely collect the business cards of suppliers who have already had purchasing relationship, and guarantee the team maintenance and repair work from logistics. And classify and file each special purchase and processing drawing.
3.熟悉物业安全、急救和消防及应急程序,安全、合理地操作设备;对市政能源供给的中断,值工24小时都得保持高度警惕性。一旦判明确实是发生了市政停电、停水、停煤气或市政排污故障而不是店内故障,就要迅速向有关市政部门反映情况,尽量了解故障原因及可能的处理所需时间,尤其在夜班要迅速向大堂值班经理说明了解到的情况。然后再向工程总监汇报,同时采用一切临时补救措施。对于突发事件,值工要沉着按相关预案和规定处理,向工程总监的汇报采用手机通讯方式;参加酒店义务消防队,并积极参加所有消防演习/培训,以便在值班时按消防应急预案进行相关事件处理。

Then report to the engineering director and take all temporary remedial measures. In case of emergency, the shift supervisor shall handle it calmly according to relevant plans and regulations, and report to the engineering director by mobile phone communication; participate in the hotel volunteer fire brigade, and actively participate in all fire drills / trainings, so as to handle relevant events according to the fire emergency plan when on duty
岗位要求
Position Requirements
1.2年以上同岗位工作经验,工程相关专业毕业或接受过职业培训。At least 2 years experience in the same position. Technical school graduates from any engineering related major or has received vocational training.
2.熟悉酒店各系统设备,持有法律要求的职业证书和许可证;熟练操作办公软件和CAD软件。
Familiar with hotel system equipment, hold professional certificate and license required by law; familiar with office software and CAD software.
