To provide administration assistance to the hotel, and provide executive assistance to the General Manager. Concerned with the coordination of administrative tasks & projects within the Hotel, leading the Administration Support Center to offer admin support to the Hotel team while completing projects for GM & team while in line with prescribed Hilton International policies and procedures.

1.Assess priorities of work and, wherever possible, assist in organizing General Manager’s priorities.
根据各项工作任务的重要性帮助总经理安排工作。
2.Ensure that any guest correspondence is replied within 48 hours of receiving to GM office. And monitor customer feedback, advise Direct Supervisor when necessary.
确保总经理收到的客人信件在48小时内得以回复。包括对客人意见的反馈的管理,并在需要时向上级提供建议。
3.To assist General Manager to monitor and check the tasks followed up by the Departmental Heads.
协助总经理监督、检查各部门各项工作的执行情况。
4.To assist GM and Hotel Management team to communicate with the Owner.
协助总经理及管理团队与业主方进行协调、沟通的工作.
5.To provide assistance for the operations team on administrative work with Administration Support Center team, taking action to ensure smooth operational running if necessary.
与团队成员有效辅助运营部门的行政工作,必要时采取必要的行动以确保服务运营正常。
6.To assist with translations, oral and written.
协助口头及笔头翻译。
Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability工作技能技巧要求:
1.Good understanding of hotel operations, practices and procedures .
了解酒店运营模式及程序。
2.Good computer skills in most commonly used programs, i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
掌握电脑技巧,熟练操作 Microsoft Office, Excel 和 PowerPoint 等办公软件。
3.Good language skills (ie. English and Mandarin), both verbal and written.
具有熟练的中、英文口头和书面沟通技巧。
4.Secretarial skills, i.e. typing, filing systems, office work flow etc.
