Responsible for the implementation, organization and coordination of the hotel's annual and monthly training plan.

Report the results of hotel training to superiors on schedule.

Communicate with relevant departments and personnel to obtain necessary assistance for training.
与相关部门及人员进行沟通,取得培训工作所需的协助。
Review various training materials; Responsible for staff assessment.
审核各种培训教材;负责员工考核工作。
Go deep into the department, understand the training needs of the department, and put forward feasible teaching suggestions.
深入部门,了解部门的培训需要,提出可行性教学建议。
Complete other tasks assigned by department director and manager.
完成部门 总监及经理交代的其他任务。
Job requirement/岗位要求
Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years working experience in the same position.
本科以上学历,有相同岗位工作经验2年以上。
Familiar with job training procedures.
熟悉岗位培训工作程序。
Understand the requirements of service work and quality standards of hotel staff.
了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。
Good communication and coordination skills.
具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
Have a strong comprehensive ability of writing and oral expression.
具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。
Can make posters, edit videos.
会制作海报,剪辑视频。
