岗位职责:
Key Accountabilities:
1、负责协助行政总厨设计餐饮产品,包括但不限于宴会菜单等;
Responsible for assisting the executive chef in designing food and beverage products, including but not limited to banquet menus;
2、负责明确并落实厨房所涉及的所有的食品的制作流程以及服务、管理标准;
Responsible for defining and implementing all food production processes, service and management standards involved in the kitchen;
3、负责制定厨房所有员工的工作时间表及休息表,组织厨房员工开展日常会议;
Responsible for making work schedule and rest schedule for all kitchen staff, and organizing daily meetings for kitchen staff;
4、负责订购每日所需食品原材料,建立采购明细,包括客人数量、补给情况、库存情况;
Responsible for ordering daily food raw materials, set up purchase details, including the number of guests, supplies, inventory;
5、负责对厨房相关人员进行厨房操作培训,确保员工身体健康、操作合规;
Responsible for kitchen operation training for relevant staff, to ensure that staff health, operation compliance;
6、负责完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务。
Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
任职要求:
General requirements:
1、专科及以上学历,持有高级厨师证书;
College degree or above, holding a senior chef certificate;
2、3年以上同岗位工作经验;
At least 3 years working experience in the same position;
3、五星级酒店或米其林餐厅同岗位工作经验;
Similar working experience in a five-star hotel or Michelin restaurant;
4、热练掌握office等办公软件及通用办公室设备的使用;
Master the use of office software and general office equipment;
5、具有良好的中英文沟通能力、文字写作能力以及较强的工作责任心;
Good English and Chinese communication skills, writing skills and strong sense of responsibility;
6、具备良好的政治素质,身体健康,热爱餐饮工作。
