    About you  To support our continued growth, we're onthe lookout for Senior Operations Manager. In this role, you will lead thecharge in enhancing the service and experience of our remarkable foodoperations. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying, motivating,training, developing, and guiding your team to provide exceptional service andachieve goals and projects. You will oversee various administrative andoperational tasks, including program implementation, financial management,analysis, sanitation, and safety.  The Senior Operations Manager will focus onfostering innovative hospitality and creating a cafe experience that supportsoperational excellence.
