餐厅销售经理负责酒店内各个餐厅的生意业务,在餐饮总监/餐厅经理督导下与营运总监进行良好合作并推广所有销售促销活动、尽可能多地争取餐饮生意机会。建立并维护高品质客户关系,以此拓宽市场占有率和培养增强客户忠诚度,同时需要在当地市场树立品牌认知、建立良好餐饮口碑。
我的具体职责是什么?
作为餐厅销售经理,您将应以最高标准完成以下任务:
·在餐饮总监或餐饮经理的督导下,制定每周及每月餐饮销售计划,执行相应的餐饮销售活动。
·确保对能对商品价格进行有效估价,尽可能地符合客人的意愿,将酒店服务做到最好。
·同时尽一切可能最大化增加餐饮销售额。
·过热情招待、加强交流、定点拜访、酒店介绍等销售技巧,提高销售业绩,促进酒店经营发展。
·保持与酒店老客户、现有及潜在客户之间的联系,尤其是商业合作上的联系。
·根据预定计划组织定期的客户拜访,与客户保持良好关系。
·在主要客户及贵宾到店时欢迎其光临,并做好在店内的接待工作。
·提供完善的售后服务,确保妥善处理所有客人投诉,如需要可与相关部门进行商讨沟通。
·始终了解各餐厅的运营信息,尤掌握酒店重要部门的信息更新。
·记录酒店老客户、目前及潜在客户的信息资料并整理归档,以便更好使用客人资料管理工具。
·负责记录部门所有销售及其他相关活动,为制定下月暂行月度安排表做好准备。
·制定每日接待店内客户数量,积极接触餐厅及行政酒廊的客人,挖掘潜在需求建立合作关系。
·及时收集客户反馈,每周或在任何必要情况下与餐饮部门分享信息,便于提高和改进。
·利用竞争对手分析工具了解并熟悉竞争对手相关产品信息,特别是重点客户及相应产量,密切监控竞争对手动态,并定期及时向餐饮总监/餐饮经理汇报。
·通过直接销售拜访、联合销售拜访、电话销售、通信等方式努力将酒店主要市场保持在一个高水准的位置。

Whatwill I be doing?
As the Food & Beverage SalesManager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks tothe highest standards:
·Implement all sales actionplans related to the respective market with supervision under the Director ofF&B / F&B Manager.
·Ensure that the invoicingeffectively corresponds to all services agreed upon and rendered.
·Maximize F&B revenuethrough each upselling opportunity whenever possible.
·Promote the hotel as oftenas possible through entertaining, conducting site inspections, and presentationsof the hotel, etc.
·Pay visits to former,existing and potential clients in view of entering into contracts with them,especially commercial accounts.
·Organize regular visits inaccordance to a predetermined plan and maintain good relationship withcustomers.
·Meet and accompany any topkey accounts, VIP guests upon arrival to ensure satisfaction.
·Provide after-sales serviceand in particular, ensure that all guests’ complaints are taken seriously anddiscussed with the respective departments if necessary.
·Keep well informed on theoperations of all outlets especially in key departments.
·Keep a record on former,existing, potential F&B guests and make a profile of them by using the guestdatabase tool.
·Prepare a tentative monthlyschedule to record all sales and other related actives for the preceding month.
·Approach guests in eachF&B outlet and executive lounge on a daily basis, specifically targeting certainguests.
·Collect guest feedback andorganize coordination meeting with the F&B team for sharing and improvementpurpose on a weekly basis or whenever necessary.
·Obtain and familiarize withall market information by using the competitor awareness tool, especially for keyF&B competitors’ production and related promotions, reporting to the Directorof F & B / F & B Manager in a timely manner.
·Maintain a high level ofexposure for the hotel in major market areas through sales calls or joint salescalls, fax, and written communications.
What are we looking for?
• 2-4 years managerial position in a 5-star category hotel.
• Familiar with computer systems.
• Motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seize opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve personal performance.
• Flexible and responds quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested of you.
• Maintain high team focus by showing cooperation and support to colleagues in the pursuit of team goals.

• Strong F&B, Conference and Banqueting operations knowledge and skills.
• Strong leadership, people management and training skills.

• Thorough knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labour controls, beverage menu writing, maintenance, merchandising, computer and accountings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details.
• Key strengths (under the 9 competencies) in people management communication and planning.
• Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations including food, beverages, supervisory aspects,
• service techniques, and guest interaction.
• Considerable skills in math and algebraic equations using percentages.
• Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, with guests and employees, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and to collect accurate information and to resolve problems.
• Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
