The Stage Manager is responsible for overseeing and organizing all the technical equipment and crew operations on the stage to ensure the smooth running of the show.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
主要义务和职责
Assist the chief dance supervisor to formulate the performance lineup plan, responsible for the external release and information transmission.
协助总舞监制订演出阵容方案，负责对外发布和信息传达；
Responsible for the backstage of the performance and supervision of the scene to prevent the actors from missing the stage.
负责演出后台催场和监督工作，以防演员误场；
Assist the Chief Dance Supervisor to deal with emergencies and hidden dangers in the performance process in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the safe and smooth performance.
协助总舞监及时高效处理演出过程中的突发事件及安全隐患，确保演出安全顺利进行；
Assist to improve the performance emergency rescue plan and cooperate with the technical department to complete the plan drill.
协助完善演出应急救援预案，与技术部分工协作完成预案演练；
Assist the Chief Dance Supervisor to complete the stage performance verification and evaluation of the actors.
协助总舞监完成演员舞台演出验证和演员考评工作；
Assist the Chief Dance Supervisor to do the technical, music, actor and other preset work required for training and rehearsal.
协助总舞监做好训排练所需的技术、音乐、演员等预设工作；
Assist the Chief Dance Supervisor to do a good job in the daily management of actors.
协助总舞监做好演员的日常管理工作；
Be responsible for the stage management department file arrangement and filing.
负责舞台管理部的档案整理及归档工作；
Assist the Chief Dance Supervisor to do a good job in the department of fixed assets inventory.
协助总舞监做好部门固定资产的盘点工作；
Obey other tasks assigned by superior.
服从上级交代的其他工作任务。
