Digital Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the hotels’ online and electronicpresence and distribution, working closely with the different revenuegenerating departments in the Hotel. Increase revenue through build up andmonitor the key performance KPI of online channels.

Duties andResponsibilities工作职责
· Manage all online marketingactivities of the hotel, develop e-commerce business of the hotel and promotethe hotel through the online platform
管理酒店所有在线营销活动,通过网上平台发展酒店电子商务业务,为酒店在各个线上渠道做宣传。
· Optimize online marketing,content management of third-party networks (such as C-trip and Fliggy), andcomplete product online display monitor
优化线上营销,第三方网络(如:携程、飞猪)内容管理,完成各网络渠道产品展示管理。
· Monitor e-commerce business, beresponsible for daily maintenance and update work and external publicity andpromotion;
对电子商务业务进行监控,负责做好日常的维护更新工作以及对外宣传推广。
· Regularly carry out theperformance report of the responsible part of the sales plan, and put forwardSuggestions on the problems existing in the implementation of the plan

· Manage and execute a commercestrategy to include all marketing efforts of the property including traffic andrevenue generation programs via social media, general online platform, highquality third party or organization. These programs will cover both acquiringnew customers and encouraging repeat visits by existing customers.

· Own and manage all hotelproduct online and ensure the effectiveness, accuracy and the marketing modelto achieve better revenue.

· Attention to main social mediachannels and marketing campaign, report to management and ensure to joinsuitable activity for hotel.

· Coordinate Hotel campaignslocally for packages and corporate with IHG to launch the activity
协助酒店进行当地的促销活动包括促销包价,并协同总部的同事贯彻这些活动。
· Maintain social media and replyguest comment (i.e. C-trip,Dian Ping/Meituan, Fliggy, TripAdvisor and OTAmarketing tool etc.) including reply guest comment timely according IHG socialmedia response standards.
维护媒体平台及回复客评内容(例如:携程、大众点评/美团、飞猪、猫途鹰等OTA 营销版块等),按照集团媒体响应标准及时回复平台客人评价留言。
· Responsible for hotel onlineperformance & revenue KPI.
承担酒店线上渠道表现及收益的业绩任务。
· Coordinate Director ofMarketing & Communications to create yearly Marketing plan digital part,and execute according to the plan.
协助市场传讯总监完成年度电子商务版块计划,并良好的按照计划执行。
· Perform other duties asassigned. 完成其他的指定工作。
QUALIFICATIONSAND REQUIREMENTS任职要求
Expected to possess thefollowing skills: 具备以下技能:
· 电子商务或相关学历专业学位 Digital or E-commerce degree orrelated profession
· 电子商务及渠道营销知识储备,曾任职于市场销售部门或商务职能部门
Experience of digital marketing &distribution, working with sales & marketing or commercial department
· Marketresearch and forecasting ability 具有市场调查和预测能力
· Softwareknowledge 电脑软件应用知识
· Demonstratedcustomer development and relationship management skills 客户发展及关系管理能力
· Self-confidence,energy and enthusiasm 自信、精力旺盛及热情
