Duties & Responsibilities:
1.实施工作标准和服务程序,督促员工严格履行其岗位职责。
Implement working standards and service procedures, and urge employees to strictly perform their duties.
2.根据营业情况,对服务员进行工作任务分配,确保提供优质服务。
Assign work tasks to waiters according to business conditions to ensure quality service.
3.与宾客和厨房保持良好的工作关系,及时向经理和厨师长反馈宾客对食品,服务方面的信息,不断提高餐饮产品和服务的质量。
Maintain a good working relationship with guests and the kitchen, timely feedback guests' information on food and service to the manager and chef, and constantly improve the quality of food and beverage products and services.
4.了解客情,亲自为重要宾客服务。
Understand customers and personally serve important guests.
5.处理餐厅里发生的问题和宾客的意见,并及时向经理汇报。
Deal with the problems in the restaurant and guests' comments, and report to the manager in time.
6.定期检查,清点餐厅的设备、餐具、布草等物品,将结果汇报给经理。
Regularly check the equipment, tableware, linen and other items in the restaurant, and report the results to the manager.
专业知识技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.大专以上学历或同等学历,1年以上同岗位工作经历,能用一门外语进行对客服务。
College degree or equivalent, more than 1 year work experience in the same position, able to speak a foreign language for customer service.
2.有一定的组织和管理能力,具有熟练的餐饮服务技能。
Have certain organization and management ability, and have skilled catering service skills.
3.热爱本职工作,工作勤勤恳恳,认真负责。
Love their work, work diligently, serious and responsible.
4.身体健康,仪表端庄。
