根据现有的标准,准确收银结账,算账,记录客人的点菜并向客人推荐本部的特色菜。
完成本职工作及上级布置的其它工作。
Report on cashier, service, sales, guest feedback, solutions and the personnel and equipment involved. 任职要求:
西餐相关管理工作一年及以上经验;
具备良好的培训及培养下属的能力;
优秀的对客服务和沟通技巧;
熟知宾客体验管理、能够理解并运用国际品牌服务管理工具。
At least one year experience in western-related management, good training and ability to train subordinates, excellent customer service and communication skills; Familiar with guest experience management, can understand and use international brand service management tools.
