To make sure that all Front Office associates adhere to Marriott andhotel policies, procedures, and standards and are dedicated to raising guestssatisfaction, oversee the operations of the Front Desk, Concierge, GuestRelations, Executive Club, and AYS. Ensure that the attitudes and professionalabilities of the personnel working in these areas are continually enhanced.Responsible for the supervision, training and development of front office associatesso that they consistently exhibit a sense of hospitality and provideattentive service.

Do the right thing at all times, abide by all policies and proceduresset forth by Marriott and the hotel, and promptly supervise and disciplinethose under your control. Accept full responsibility for inappropriate behaviorfrom the management. The Assistant Front Office Manager must keep both oneselfand other people accountable to always acting morally. Promote the managementtenets of putting people first, being trustworthy and honest, acceptingresponsibility for helping and enhancing others as an integral part of oneself,and taking the initiative to resolve disagreements and difficulties in thedepartment. We will continue to develop ourselves and finally accomplish theaforementioned objectives through effective management, execution,communication, and barrier-breaking talents.
