岗位职责:
Job description
1.监督客房标准和程序的执行,全面负责办公室的清洁,公共区域的清洁和机器与设备的维护。与相关部门保持合作,以满足酒店和客人的要求。
Supervision Room Standard and program execution, Responsible for office cleaning, public area cleaning, Maintenance the machine and Equipment, Maintain the cooperation with relevant departments, in order to meet the guest and hotel requirements.
2.对客房部所有系统有最新和完整的知识。
Maintain a current and thorough knowledge of all housekeeping systems
3.分配和检查公共区域卫生
Perform public area cleaning and inspections
4.协调特别项目(如除虫,窗户和地毯的清洁)
Co-ordinate special projects (e.g., vermin control, window and carpet cleaning, )
5.进行交接班说明,确保了解酒店的工作和运营需求。
Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
6.按照相关标准保证各种设备的清洁与修缮
Maintains equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair as per standard
岗位要求:
Job requirments
1.两年以上国际酒店相关岗位工作经验
Minimum 2 years International hotel working experience in the hotel industry.
2.较强的适应能力及抗压能力
High Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
3.良好的沟通技巧
Good Communication skill.
4.认真负责,能承受工作压力并保持积极的工作态度与团队精神
Responsible and positive attitude, can work under pressure and with team work spirit.
