MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 职责概要:
Responsible for the cleanliness, orderliness, and upkeep ofthe assigned Public Area and back of the house of the hotel.
负责包干的公共区域的清洁、整齐以及酒店后台区域的干净。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务:
1. Ensure day-to-day operational efficiency of thesection.
确保每天部门的工作都能被有效的完成。
a. Responsible for thecleanliness and general upkeep of assigned areas. Daily work includes thefollowing:
对于所分配的区域进行有效的清洁与维护每天的工作包括:
i. Propercleaning of all types of walls and floor, washing and removal of smudges andfinger prints from glass doors and windows.
对墙面和地面进行清洁,对玻璃、门窗上的污点和手印进行清洁。
ii. Propermaintenance and care of carpets, including shampooing of carpets andupholstered furniture.
对地毯进行维护,包括对地毯和装饰家具进行清洗。
iii. Properdusting of furniture and fixtures of assigned areas using correct procedures.
用正确的方法对包干区域的家具和设施进行除尘工作。
iv. Sweeping andremoving pieces of paper and cigarette butts on entrance mats, standing ashruns, rubbish bins and other Public Areas.
对进口处的地毯进行清扫,并去掉残留在上面的纸屑和烟蒂,脚印和一些其他的。
v. Maintaincleanliness and sanitary conditions of public telephones and house phones singprescribed and approved disinfectant.
对公共区域的公用电话进行消毒清洁,以确保安全、卫生。
b. Maintain allequipment in good condition. Properly store cleaning equipment and tools intheir designated storerooms, after every use.
将所有的设备妥善保管,使用后将一切清洁工具恢复原位。
c. Handlefurniture and equipment movement from one locat6ion to another. Furniture andfixtures to be moved with great care to avoid damage.
移动家具时要十分当心,以防家具损坏。
d. Report anydamaged furniture and fixture to Public Area Supervisor during movement.
在移动家具时、如发现任何损坏的情况、应立即通知上级主管。
e. Report allmaintenance defects to Public Area Supervisor.
将所有的工程问题向公共区域主管汇报。
i. Report anymalfunctioning of equipment, machines to Supervisor for immediate action.
如有机器设备发生故障,应立即上报主管。
ii. Check andensure equipment are functioning and operating before going off duty. Wash andclean cleaning equipment and tools daily – water buckets, scoops, ladders, etc.before going off duty.
下班前,应检查所有的机器设备,以确保及其无故障。并且每天清洗清洁工具,如:水桶、瓢、梯子等。
f. Keep PublicArea storeroom neat and tidy.
保持仓库的清洁与整齐。
i. All shelvesfree of dust and supplies properly shelved.
确保所有的货架无灰尘。
ii. Stock allcleaning supplies and bottles of chemicals in their properly labelled shelves.
将所有的清洁用品和清洁剂按次序摆放。
g. Informsupervisor when job / tasks have been accomplished.
工作完成后应向上级主管汇报。
iii. Make aprogress hand over to reliever before going off duty.
下班前应做好交接工作。
iv. Report toimmediate supervisor any unfinished and outstanding repair and maintenance workorders before going off duty.
下班前应向上级主管已完成的工作和未完成的工作。
v. Reportlacking guest or cleaning supplies, if any.
应告知主管仓库内所缺的清洁药剂。
vi. Returnexcess guest or cleaning supplies.
归还多余的药剂和用具。
vii. Time in andout at the Housekeeping Office in complete uniform.
身穿制服在客房办公室签进、签出。
viii. Returnstoreroom key before going off duty to Housekeeping order taker.
下班前,应把所有的钥匙归还给客房办公室。
2. Contributeto overall operational efficiency.
努力使工作有效进行。
a. Forward alllost and found items to the Housekeeping Office. All items found in the rooms must be reportedIMMEDIATELY to the order taker.
将所有发现的客人遗留物品立即汇报给客房部文员。
b. Report toPublic Area supervisor and Housekeeping order taker immediately for valuableitems found.
如有贵重物品应立即通知上级主管或客房部文员。
c. Fill in allinformation in the Lost and Found report.
填写有关遗留物品的报表。
d. Valuableitems should be surrendered to the Housekeeping office right away and normalitems before going to lunch or at the end of the shift duty.
如遇贵重物品应立即上交客房部办公室,普通物品可在下班前上交客房部。
e. Assist Linen/ Uniform attendant in removing soiled curtains for cleaning / washing andinstalling clean ones.
协助制服房和拆除脏的窗帘,安装干净的窗帘。
f. Assist thecarpet attendant in removing, carrying and storing carpets when needed.
需要时,协助地毯工搬运和保存地毯。
g. Perform thefunctions of a Chambermaid / Room Attendant / Houseman, Toilet Attendant,Locker Room Attendant and Carpet Attendant when needed.
需要时,扮演客房服务员、客房杂务工、客厕服务员、更衣室服务员和地毯工的角色。
h. Followstrictly all Hotel, Laundry and Housekeeping Department policies and procedures to be able to performduties and responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
严格按照酒店、洗衣房和客房部的各项规章制度、以更好地履行自己的职责。
i. Be aware ofHotel emergency, safety and pest control procedures.
注意酒店内的紧急事件、安全情况和灭害情况。
j. Maintainpersonal grooming as per Hotel’s standard, to project and efficient,professional, neat and tidy appearance to Hotel guests and set an example tocolleagues.
注意个人的仪表仪容,并且要有良好的团队精神。
h. Emphasizegood personal behaviour, as per guidelines laid down in the Employee Handbookand promote the spirit of teamwork, whenever and wherever possible.
保持个人的良好形象、干净、整齐、和蔼可亲。
3. Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
完成指派下来的其他任务。
