Duties and Responsibilities工作职责
· Competent in the hotel’s sales and catering systems, not limited to Delphi, Opera and Integrated Business Plan (IBP).
能胜任对酒店宴会系统销售的领导,不限于 Delphi, Opera及酒店综合商业计划。
· Acquire revenues predominantly for Rooms, Catering & Banquet and Food & Beverage revenue segments.
主要收入应从房务,宴会及餐饮部门获取。
· Proactively engage in the revenue generation process with the Yield and Revenue Room Committees.
主动和营收管理委员会合作,参与创造盈利的过程。
· Proactively seek to understand the dynamics of competing hotels, assigned or otherwise, and report on any activities that may impact our business strategies.
主动搜集同行竞争酒店的运作,工作分配及相关事项的资料,并及时报告任何会对我们商业策略构成影响的活动。
· Proactively seek in-depth knowledge of accounts owned to understand its needs for better service delivery opportunities.
主动深入了解顾客的需求以便向客户提供更好的服务。
· Coordinate business development with operating teams to ensure seamlessness of events and delivery of the sales promise.
与各操作部门协调配合业务发展,确保活动的举行与销售承诺一致。
· Maintain the business development database in Delphi and Opera and participates in direct marketing assignments.
维护商业发展的Delphi和Opera数据库并参与直接分配营销市场任务。
· Lead in pre- and post-event meetings with clients and communicates service deficiencies and successes with relevant operational departments.
活动举行前后与客户开会讨论,并向各相关操作部门传递服务中有待改善及成功之处。
· Cross-sell all IHG properties where possible and asks for leads all of the time.
在正确的时机下向客人推销集团的姊妹酒店并向姊妹酒店寻求同等的商机。
· Attend to the general sales hotline and all incoming telephone calls within 3 rings.
必须在销售热线及电话响三声以内接听。
· Respond to all sales enquiries within 24 hours.
必须在二十四小时内回复所有销售查询。
· Lead and conduct site-inspections.
带领并协调实地考察。
· Lead in and engage clients through business development events.
通过商业发展活动结识并招引更多客户。
· Attend the weekly business development and event-related meetings.
每周参加市场销售部的周会及与活动举行有关的会议。
