MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 責任概要 :
Leading the hotel’s food and beverage operation, including Restaurants/Bars, Room Service and Banquets/Catering. Position oversees the development and implementation of divisional strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives.
The position ensures the food and beverage operation meets the brand’s target customer needs, ensures associate satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues and maximizes the financial performance of the division.
Delivers products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the target customer and property associates and provides a return on investment to the owner and Marriott International.
