工作职责:
1.负责全体洗衣房员工的管理培训,人员调配工作,监督所在部门的生产经营。
2.确保酒店洗衣间的全部布草都按所能达到的最高标准进行清洗或干洗, 保持清洁无瑕并送还给客人或员工。
3.负责检查洗涤的方法和过程。
4.直接向行政管家报告洗衣房的工作状况和设备状况。
5.和有关人员沟通,解决设备维修、保养和替换的问题。
6.根据客房入住率和餐饮布巾需求量,安排好布巾、制服的洗涤工作,保证提供足够的布巾。
7.按照工作程序,培训员工,和员工开会,讨论工作问题、工作计划、沟通信息,并安排工作。
8.负责管理和调查所有有关客衣损坏的投诉问题,提出相关处理方案。
9.负责和员工沟通,交流新的工作方法和新的工作流程。
10.了解市场上洗涤剂的最新发展,选择高效、高质的洗涤剂,用于提高洗涤的质量。
Job Description:
1.Manage laundry training, assign work, and monitor the quality of the laundry and their quantities.
2.Ensure that all items laundered and dry-cleaned are finished to the highest standard achievable and returned to guests or staff in immaculate condition.
3.Inspect the entire area on productive methods and procedures used.
4.Report directly to the Executive Housekeeper, keeping him advised of progress and practices.
5.Confer with maintenance mechanics regarding repairs and replacement problems.
6.Plan work and production schedules to meet housekeeping and food and beverage requirements.
7.Train team members according to established procedures, disseminate information and assignments and conduct training meetings to discuss problems and future plans.
8.Manage and investigate all complaints regarding customers’ clothes sent for laundry and put forward relevant solutions.
9.Hold department briefings, informing assigned team members of new methods and management instructions.
10.Consult with supply agents for new and improved chemicals for dry cleaning and laundry for best results.
