MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
The principal accountabilities and Key Result Areas of theincumbent will be as follows:

The Reservations and Revenue Manager is responsible for the supervisionof all activities pertaining to Reservations Department in order to achieve thehighest possible occupancy levels for maximizing room revenues and profit. Maximizeoverall hotel revenue; while balancing profitability; through implementation ofan effective revenue management process and data driven fact based business decisions.To take on a leadership and decision making role for property pricing, distributionand trade off decisions concerning any piece of business (crew, group, corporateetc)
预订及收益经理负责预订部所有活动的监督,达到尽可能高的入住率,以最大化客房收入和利润为目的。通过贯彻执行有效的收益管理程序和数据分析,基于生意决策,最大限度提高酒店收入,实现利润率。担任领导和决策层的角色,根据每个生意(航空机组,团队,公司),为酒店定价,分配和权衡决定。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
· College degreeor above, major in hotel management or marketing is preferred.
大专以上学历,酒店管理或市场营销专业优先。
PRIOR WORKINGEXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
· Minimum 3 years’ experience as ahotel reservations and revenue manager
至少三年酒店预订及收益管理经验。
· Exposure to industry,which required high service standard.
展现高水平的行业服务标准。
· Pre-openingexperience is preferred.
有筹备经验优先。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS其他专业要求
· Complete understanding and familiar with hotel reservation system.
完全了解和熟练运用酒店预订系统。
· Ability to provide direction and training to associates and evaluatetheir performance.
能够指导,培训员工,并对员工的工作表现进行评估。
· Ability to Strong ability of data collation and analysis.
具有较强的数据整理和分析能力。
· Self-starter with hands-on approach. Innovative and has a “can-do” attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
