Essential Duties andResponsibilities

1) Produces the Budget Plan, Marketing Plan and Forecasts.

2) Manages key accounts.

3) Produces action plan related to the BudgetPlan to ensure revenue objectives are achieved.

4) Coordinates all methods of maintaining andincreasing business volume. This includes
advertising, sales promotion, personal selling,community relations, special sales projects, etc.

5) Creates and implements special programs toachieve greater profitability:

Increasing average rate

Increasing overall occupancy

6) Enhances the image of the hotel in the localand international community.

7) Participates as an active member of thecommunity through associations, memberships and other trade organizations.
积极参加各团体、协会和贸易组织。
8) Reviews regularly the sales activity reportsto ensure targets and sales objectives are being met.

9) Interacts with individuals outside the hotel,including but not limited to clients, local Hotel Associations, Government,Airlines, Travel Agents, competitors and other members of the local community.

10)Investigates potential markets by:

11) Procures newand repeat business for the hotel by maintaining contact with Airlines, TravelAgencies, Private Clubs and Professional Associations within neighboringmarkets.
通过与临近市场的航空公司、旅行社、私人俱乐部和专业机构保持联络,为酒店吸引新老客户。
12) Reviewsregularly the Public Relations activities to ensure high awareness of the hotelin the local and national media.

13) Managesthe development of new products.

14)Oversees the development of new marketing strategies.

15)Conducts market research.

16) Maintains goodcommunication with head office and implement corporate promotion and programs.

17)Performs related duties and special projects assigned by the General Manager.
