Key Responsibilitie 主要职责:
-Maintains intimate knowledge of departmental standards and procedures.

-Provide high standard guest service in accordance with departmental specifications and procedures.
按照部门的规范和程序提供高标准的对客服务。
-Greets all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity.
随时以友好和乐于协助的态度迎接客人,并尽量了解和称呼客人的名字。
-Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information.
与上级领导交流有关疑难,客人意见和其它相关信息。
Qualification任职要求:
-Good interpersonal, communication skills.
较强沟通、协调能力。
-Service skill and flexible capability are necessary.
具有服务意识与应变能力。
