1.确保客房整洁并与酒店标准一致,保养、供需品和环境都保持高品质。
2.对所辖客房区域的每一件客房进行视察,以确保家具、设施和设备按要求得到良好的清洁、修缮、保养、更换和整修。
3.检查所有空房以及有人入住的房间,检查清洁的水准及缺少的客用物品。有任何水准缺欠问题都告知客房服务员并跟进。
4.检查所有客房,重要客人的房间以及重要客人的到达,以及常住客人的房间卫生。
5.确保客房服务员无论何时都进行正确的清洁程序和步骤。
1.Ensuring the guest room standards with regards to cleanliness, maintenance, supply and ambience are consistently maintained at a very high level.
2.Inspects all guestrooms for the assigned floors to ensure furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair, well maintained and replaced / refurbished as required.
3.Inspect all vacant and occupied rooms to check standards of cleanliness, missing guest amenities and / or supplies. Report any problems to the Room Attendants and follow up.
4.To check all the guest rooms, VIP in-house, VIP arrival and long staying guests.
5.Ensure that proper cleaning procedures and steps are taken at all times by Room Attendant.
