MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
The Public Relations& Marketing Director will play a key role in coordinating and implementingall public relations, marketing and communication strategies for the resort.

Oversee the
development and implementation of the resort’s public relations and marketing-related
activities to communicate promotions to all relevant target markets.

Actively develop
strategic media relations for comprehensive coverage of marketing
initiatives and events of the resort.

Identify and
develop integrated PR and social media property experience programs which
capitalise on unique and newsworthy stories and leverage opportunities as
they arise.

Liaise with the
Regional and Headquarters’ Sales & Marketing Team to implement
strategies for the resort.

Generate creative
content for the website and various PR-related pitching needs.

Prepare and develop
annual PR & Marketing plans and specific promotional, advertising and
public relations activities for the resort.

Promote and enhance
the image of the resort through the company’s website, brochures,
advertising campaigns, events and social media platforms such as
Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Provide feedback to
the Management with respect to the resort’s Public Relations performance
through reliable reports.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS 教育背景资格
Tertiary education
at Degree Level in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or Tourism
from a recognised institution or equivalent qualifications.
来自认可机构的营销、公共关系、传播或旅游学位水平的高等教育或同等资格。
PRIOR WORKINGEXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
A minimum of 5
years of working experience in Public Relations and/or Marketing in the
hospitality industry or other relevant industries at managerial level.
至少5年酒店业或其他相关行业管理级别的公共关系和/或营销工作经验。
International
working experience with well-known hospitality brands.
拥有知名国际酒店品牌的工作经验。
Extensive prior
working experience with High-End Tour Operators.

Pre-opening resort experience is a plus.

Excellent verbal

Willingness to work

A clean criminal
record is a-must.
