What will I be doing?
As a Senior Associate on Hilton’s Global Deployment & Change Management (GDCM) team, you will support hotel readiness for new and evolving technology across Hilton’s global portfolio. In this role, you will help translate system changes into hotel‑ready guidance, surface risks and insights, and strengthen hotel‑facing materials that drive smooth transitions and adoption.
You will work closely with subject matter experts, brand and regional partners, and hotel teams to identify recurring challenges, refine processes, and support GDCM’s roadmap with a key focus on PEP (Property Engagement Platform) change management and first‑in‑country pilots.
• Gather hotel insights, identify risks, and document challenges that affect system adoption.
• Translate technical updates into clear, hotel-facing communications and job aids.
• Strengthen hotel-facing materials by reviewing guidance, identifying gaps, and sharing feedback with owning teams.
• Partner with content and process owners to align materials and clarify system updates.
• Coordinate with brand, regional, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and escalation routing.
• Manage logistics for virtual and in-person briefings, learning sessions, and feedback loops.
• Support first‑in‑country pilots and regional readiness work, surfacing insights and supporting mitigation plans.
• Maintain structured documentation of feedback, risks, and resolutions for visibility across GDCM.
• Design and deliver GDCM-owned materials including toolkits, presentations, FAQs, tailored by brand, hotel complexity, and region.

• Strong familiarity with core hotel operational procedures, including billing, reservations, front‑office workflows, tax handling, folio management, and other property‑level processes that influence system behavior and user adoption.
• Experienced in technology implementation, with a demonstrated record of supporting deployments, adoption efforts, and hotel -facing service delivery.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
• 10+ years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
• 8+ years of work experience in hotel operations
• 3+ year of experience supporting technology deployments or organizational change
• 3+ years of experience using Hilton PMS, CRS, or related interfaces
• Travel up to 50%
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
• Bachelor‘s Degree, or Associate‘s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience,
• 5+ years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
• 3+ years contributing to largescale deployments
• 3+ years working with Hilton PMS, CRS, and interface implementation standards
• Bilingual capabilities to support global hotel teams
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially in crafting customized communication and training tools
