Main Duties /主要职责
1. Familiarizes and enforces local HR policies and procedures
熟悉并执行酒店所在地人力资源的规章制度。
2. Assists the Director of Human Resources & Administration, manages Human Resource Department, ensuring compliance with all Corporate, area and hotel policies and procedures; and current local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices.
协助人力资源行政总监的工作,管理人力资源部,确保所有工作符合公司,地方和酒店的规章制度;符合与员工相关的现行地方和政府规定。
3. Prepares and submits periodic reports for management‘s use in accordance with Corporate and government requirements, such as turnover reports, personnel inventories, absenteeism reports, health and safety, accident reports etc.
根据公司和政府的要求制定并向管理层提交阶段性报告,如员工流动报告,人材储备报告,旷工
报告,健康与安全及事故报告等。
4. Practice hotel recruitment plan according hotel recruitment policy and standard, and recruit new staff.
负责执行酒店的人员招募计划, 根据招聘政策和招聘标准,招聘员工。
5. Expand recruitment channel
拓展招聘渠道。
6. Organize performance appraisal according to hotel planning.
组织和完成酒店绩效考核计划。
7. Assist coordinate training courses.
协助培训部组织完成酒店培训课程。
8. Implement hotel benefits plan and hotel C&B policy. Build up employment relations
with all associates.
执行酒店福利计划,遵照国家规定,执行酒店政策与所有员工建立劳动关系。
9. Show Libre Resort Culture, build up a positive communication way, help all associates resolve or consult basic HR problem.
展示丽朗度假村企业文化,与员工建立融洽、亲切、真挚的沟通氛围,帮助员工解决基础性问题。
10. Support training department organize staff activities according to hotel plan.
根据酒店员工活动计划,配合培训部组织员工活动。
11. Counsels hotel personnel as needed in areas such as career planning, training and
development, employee\personal relations and legal issues related to personnel.
提供人事领域内的咨询服务,如职业规划,培训与发展,员工或私人关系,与人事相关法律问题。
12. Maintain strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.
在任何时候严格保守机密。
Qualification: 任职要求
1. University graduate or equivalent, preferably in Resorts Management or equivalent in experience.
大专以上学历, 热于从事度假村管理或有相关经验
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources, at least 1 year in managerial capacity.
2年以上人力资源工作经验, 1年以上管理经验
3. Good communication, presentation and organizational skills.
具备良好的沟通、组织和演讲技巧。
4. Fluent in English speaking and writing.
具备良好的英语水平。
5. Familiar with HR operation system and labor laws.
熟悉人力资源部运作系统及劳动法规。
