2、保持及促进费尔蒙标准的品牌文化。
3、指导运营活动,支持酒店营收目标,宾客体验,品牌标准及心艺家敬业度。
4、以积极的方式与整个团队成员沟通互动,关注心艺家和宾客。
5、最少1或2年相同职位工作经验,具有核心目的地城市奢华酒店工作经验。
6、拥有运营部门背景的工作经验。
7、展现优雅,周到的服务精神。
8、流利使用中英文沟通。
1. Overseeing daily operations of hotel.
2. Maintain and promote Fairmont brand service culture as standard.
3. Direct all operational activities towards supporting the hotels goals-GOP, guest
satisfaction, brand consistency and heartist engagement.
4. A people individual with focus on Heartist and Guest.
5. Minimum 1or 2 years experience in similar role with luxury background.
6.Individual with operation department background would be an added advantage.
7. Act as a role model in delivering elegant and understated service with sophistication.
8. Good communication with fluency in English and Mandarin.
