1.Conduct a hotel-wide yearly training needs analysis and develop (with department heads’ input) an annual Training Plan that supports and contributes to business needs.

2.Administers the Training and Education Budget in keeping with HR Policy guidelines.

3.Communicate, plan & manage the implementation of HR/Training and Development initiatives to Team Members in accordance with HR strategies & priorities.
根据人力资源战略和优先顺序,传达、规划并管理旨在提高员工的积极性的人力资源培训和发展的实施。
4.Strictly follow , implement and monitor the training items on Quality Assurance (QA) checklist and Brand Training Requirement and ensure those training can be completed by relative leaner group within the required time range.

5.Assists in the selection of Departmental Trainers, then trains and develops them through ongoing workshops and monthly meetings.

6.Plans, implements, and coordinates periodic safety training events and actively promotes safe work practices as an integral part of all skills training.

7.Joins with the Director of Human Resources and respective Department Head in orienting and acculturating new team members.

8.Proactively shapes a service-oriented culture within the operation that predisposes employees to take responsibility for guest satisfaction. Provide related Training and support to help SALT improvement as good Business Partner.
积极形成以服务为导向的酒店文化,使得员工以顾客满意为己任。关注SALT趋势,并协助营运部门做好有助于宾客满意度提升的培训与支持。
