岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
- 根据部门总体市场策略编制自己分管的市场的销售计划。
According to the overall market strategy of the Department, prepare the sales plan in charge of the market.
- 对本市场中的客源大户要熟悉他们的基本情况,随时关注其变化并适时做出应对。
The market source of tourists should be familiar with their basic situation, always pay attention to their changes, and timely response.
- 组织本组组员对新市场进行开发。
Organize team members to develop new markets.
- 管理开发好自己的客户。
Manage and develop your customers.
- 协助部门经理做好本市场客户的建立及升级管理工作,保持客户档案的完整。
Assist the Department Manager to do the establishment and upgrade management of the customer in the market, and keep the customer file intact.
岗位要求/Job Requirements
1.大专以上学历。有从事酒店前台、销售、公关等部门的工作经历。
College degree or above. Working experience in hotel front desk, sales and PR department.
2.相关工作经验2年或以上。
Min. 2years working experience in hospitality industry.
3.具有市场调查和预测能力,能及是掌握市场动态,并能综合分析,及时地提出相应的措施和合理的建议。
Ability to market research and forecast, be able to grasp market trends, and analyze comprehensively and timely put forward relevant measures and reasonable suggestions
4.良好的英语和普通话的书写和交流能力;
Proficiency in written and spoken English with andMandarin.
5.能撰写市场调研报告,具有起草工作计划、总结及业务汇报的能力。
Strong language skills, ability to write market research reports, drafting, planning, summarizing and reporting capabilities.
