Job Summary
To provide supervision of the department, operational associates, ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strict accordance with hotel policy. To continually strive to build up new customers, at the same time retain the loyalty of current guests and assist in creating innovative new promotions in order to maximize outlet profit. To be overseeing and directing all aspects of outlet, responsible for guest service, organization and administration and managing of the outlet to exceed guest expectation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Work across all areas F&B Department, to ensure that guest expectations are exceeded and standards are consistently maintained.
• The ability to control standards, performance, associates' conduct, dress code, appearance, sanitation etc., according to established policies.
• Understand and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
• Pay attention to and handle special guest needs and requests, anticipating and handling guest’s needs. Deliver unprecedented personalized service and experience. Offer discreet recognition. Connect with internal/external guests’ with passion and create memorable experiences.
• Handle all internal/external guests’ complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfied.
• Manages and controls overall expenses of the outlets focusing on higher revenue and profit.
• Be able to reach sales targets set by the company, which are reasonable and attainable but requires self-confidence and commitment.
• The ability to keep associates informed about Hotel policies and changes. Develop analyses and implement merchandising that meet the profile of Rosewood Hotels and guest patronage.
• The ability to maintain effective associates’ relations as well as positive teamwork at all times.
