岗位职责/职位描述
1. To confirm the list of participants and make all preparations,( including sign-in sheets, decorating the Training Room, installations of equipment )
在开展培训活动之前,和各部门确定参与培训人员的名单并为培训活动的开展作好各项准备工作,包括(签到表、培训场地的布置、培训设施设备的检查与安装)
2. Maintain training room in good condition.
确保培训教室保持在一个良好的状态
3. To maintain training records and tracking database, put the training files in order.
整理、完善和输入各项培训记录,对培训相关文件进行分类存档
4. Prepare training materials.
准备培训资料
5. Be responsible for part of New-Hired Orientation Training course and Service Training course as required.
按照上级的要求,承担新员工入职培训、服务意识及服务技巧中部分课程的培训工作
6. Keep track of Departmental Training according to the Training Calendar and prepare weekly report.
根据培训日历,及时跟进酒店各部门培训计划的实施情况并以此制作每周培训报告
7. Check Team member grooming and hygiene as to meet hotel standards
检查酒店员工的仪容仪表是否符合标准
8. Assist to organize team member activities
协助酒店开展的各种员工活动
9. Assists in the compilation and editing of the HR Wechat, HR e-newsletters.
负责宣传栏更新与维护,协助人力资源部微信公众号、酒店员工杂志的编辑工作
10. Assist to organize recognition programs.
协助、组织各类认可活动的授奖和证书颁发活动
