Job Description:
1.监督所在餐厅的服务和菜单内容的提供情况,确保高品质和一致性。
1.Oversee the delivery of service and menu content in the restaurants in which you work, ensuring high quality and consistency.
2.遵守当地的卫生和安全法规,或其它适用的规定,以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
2.Comply with local health and safety codes, or other applicable regulations, as well as brand codes and local rules and regulations.
3.在经理缺席时主持交接班说明会,确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求。
3.Conducts handover briefings in the absence of the Manager to ensure that staff are aware of the requirements of the hotel's activities and operations.
4.在自己当班期间尽可能解决所有的投诉,并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作。
4. Resolve all complaints as far as possible during his/her shift and record all complaints in the work log for further follow up.
5.处理异常的付款情况。
5. Handle unusual payment situations.
6.控制存货和监督保安程序。
6.Control stock and monitor security into order.
岗位要求:
Job Requirements:
1.始终保持良好和专业的形象,良好的口头及书面沟通能力。
1.Maintain a good and professional image at all times, good verbal and written communication skills.
2.至少2年酒店相关运作经验,餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验技能,具有国际连锁酒店工作经验。
2.At least 2 years of experience in hotel related operations, extensive experience skills in all aspects of food and beverage service, experience working in an international hotel chain.
3.注重细节,良好的人际交往能力,能够和不同的人才相处。
3.Attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, ability to get along with different talents.
