Responsible for planning, directing, controlling and co-coordinating all activities of Food & Beverage personnel; for continuously improving food and beverage sales while keeping costs at a minimum; for ensuring that hotel standards of food and beverage preparation and service are maintained; for the operation, cleanliness and maintenance of food and beverage outlets. Report to the General Manager directly for compliance with established food and beverage policies and practices of hotel.
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of F & B operations
- Familiar with overall operations of the Hotel
- Possesses technical and managerial expertise
- At least 2-years acting F&B Manager experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good English
