【岗位职责】 1、负责康乐部收银工作，包括会员卡办理、消费结算、发票开具等日常收银操作； 2、准确核对账单信息，确保账目清晰、无差错，并及时完成每日现金盘点与交接； 3、协助处理客户咨询、投诉及退换货等事宜，提供优质的前台服务； 4、维护收银设备正常运行，定期检查耗材并及时上报异常情况； 5、配合财务部门完成月度对账及报表整理工作。 【岗位要求】 1、具备基础的财务或收银知识，能熟练操作POS机及办公软件； 2、性格开朗，服务意识强，具备良好的沟通能力和应变能力； 3、工作细致认真，责任心强，能适应早晚班轮岗制度； 4、无经验者可接受岗前培训，有酒店或景区收银经验者优先。

Minimum 2 years work experience as Recreation Manager or Fitness Center Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
