Position Summary 职位概述
1.Practices up-selling at all opportunities to maximise revenue.

2.Oversees the operation of banquet functions and works closely with various departments to ensure quality service is delivered to our clients at all times.
检查宴会运行和与其一起工作的各部门工作,在所有的时间内确保有质量的服务给客人。
3.Obtains feedback from clients and follows through with the necessary actions .

4.Establishes and maintains files of major accounts and assists the Director of Banquet Sales in maintaining the Accounts Management System.

5.Establishes good working relationship with internal customers (other departments of the hotel) and external customers (clients, event contractors, suppliers).
与内部客户(酒店其它部门)和外部客人(客户,会议承办人,供应商)等建立良好的工作关系。
6.Provides feed-back on market trends and keep updated with client relationships and overall business goals through close communication with Banquet Sales Managers and Director of Banquet Sales.
提供反馈市场趋势,与宴会销售经理和宴会销售总监保持沟通,并与客户保持良好关系,不断更新整体经营目标。
7.Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to Marketing budget.

8.Arranges relationship building visitations when necessary.

9.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications 任职要求
1. At least 2 year professional experience beyond the degree
具有至少两年相关岗位工作经验。
2.Working experience in similar five star international chain hotel is preferred.
具有同等国际连锁星级酒店工作经验者优先。
3.Team work spirit
团队精神。
4.Working under pressure
