· To maintain an organized, clean and sanitizedback-of-house Food & Beverage area and to provide all outlets and banquetswith clean operating equipment, based on expected business levels

· Tostrictly adhere to the established operating expenses and ensure that all costsare controlled.

· Toensure an effective payroll control through a flexible work force maximizeutilization of part time employees and close cooperation with other Food &Beverage outlets.

· Toensure that the Stewarding Department is managed, providing a courteous,professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following MCILProducts & Services Standards.
保证该管事部提供热情,专业,高效高质的服务;符合酒店的规章制度和MCIL的产品服务标准。
· Toassign responsibilities to subordinates, implementing Multi Tasking principleand to check their performance periodically.
分配工作任务,注重工作的灵活性和多样性,并定期检查员工的工作情况。
· Tobe a hand on Manager and be present at all times in the Operation, especiallyduring busy periods.
具备实际操作能力,营业期间坚守岗位(尤其是营业高峰期)。
· Toestablish and strictly control inventories and to the par stocks in theoperation for all operating equipment, Food & Beverage, FF&E items andto ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped.
设置并严格遵守运作设备,材料供应,库存货物系统,并保证该部门设施齐全。
· Toconduct monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
实行月度设备存货的验收。
· Tocontrol the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipmentand supplies.
控制进出货物单据,并合理利用资源。
· To conduct daily pre-shift briefings toemployees on preparation, service and menu.
负责每日班前说明会,让员工了解当日食物准备,服务和菜单的具体内容。
· To liaise with the Kitchen and Food &Beverage Department on daily operations and quality control.
联络厨房和餐饮部的日常营运和质量控制。
· Tosupervise night cleaning contractors in kitchen and back-of-house food andbeverage areas.
负责厨房和餐饮部后场区域的夜班清洁公司的管理。
· Toensure that back-of-house cleaning schedules and garbage runs arestrictly adhered to and areas are cleaned according to the establishedstandards.
确保后场清洁和倒垃圾的时间表是严格遵守部门的相关工作流程的。
· Tohave a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food & Beverageequipment needs and network with sister hotels and other hotels to borrowequipment as and when needed.

· Tomaintain the Daily Log Book.
负责工作日志。
· Tosubmit to Food & Beverage Office the following : Monthly Outlet ReportMonthly Objective Review, Monthly Breakage and Loss Report, ChemicalConsumption Report, Trainer's Report.
根据餐饮部办公室的要求提交:月度餐厅报表,月度审计报表,月度破损和损失报表,药剂消耗报表,培训者报表。
· Toplan the outlet weekly roster and work schedules to ensure that the stewardingoperation is adequately staffed to handle the level of business.
安排每周工作时间表,从而确保管事部的营运符合酒店的业务需求。
· Toattend weekly Food & Beverage Meeting and Daily Operations Meeting.
出席每周餐饮部会议和每日例会。
· Toprovide the Procurement Department with detailed Product and PurchaseSpecifications for items used in the outlet.
向采购部提供该部门所需的具体的材料信息和要求。
· Tocoordinate all Repair and Maintenance and issue repair and maintenance joborders to ensure the proper maintenance of the outlet.
与工程维修部合作,以确保厨房及厨房设备的良好运作。
Required Qualifications 任职要求:
1. University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English andChinese language.
大专及以上学历,良好的中英文读写能力。
2. Minimum 5 years related working experience in hotel industry.
至少五年相关酒店工作经验。
3. Possess initiative and willing to takeon extra responsibilities when required.
积极主动,愿意承担额外的职责。
4. Line operations management and laborrelated experience preferred.
有运作部门工作经验者将被优先考虑。
5. Experiencein similar capacity with international chain hotels.
同级别国际连锁酒店的工作经验。
