活动中心主管主要负责协助活动中心经理做好活动中心部门的日常运作,关注于客人满意度,部门运作标准和部门运作营收。
The Activity Supervisor is primarily responsible for assisting Activity Manager on daily activity operations. The role is to focus on guest satisfaction, operations standards and profitability.
主要工作职责:
Core Responsibilities:
• 协助活动中心经理做好部门活动的季度和年度策划与更新
• Assist Activity Manager with quarterly and yearly activities planning and updating
• 通过对部门活动和设施的管理以达到部门利润最大化,并同时保证提供给到客人产品和服务的品质
• Manage the functioning of all activities and facilities to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved whilst maintaining quality
• 持续监督和控制部门成本以保证部门成本与部门预算一致
• Controls and monitors departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget
• 协助活动中心经理不断完善部门以客人为导向的标准与程序,并监督与执行
• Assist Activity Manager in maintaining a comprehensive, and guest focused set of departmental standards and procedures and oversees their implementation
• 协助活动中心经理制定部门培训计划,并保证培训计划的按时执行
• Assist Activity Manager to ensure training needs of Activity staff is carried out and training programs are designed and implemented to meet needs
• 在活动中心经理休息和休假期间主持部门日常工作
• Take the charge of Activity daily operation during Activity Manger’s absence
• 以身作则,确保度假村及部门标准与程序的安全执行,并保证部门员工按照同样的标准安全操作Demonstrate Awareness of naked policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within naked guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same
工作技能技巧要求:
Core Competencies & Technical Knowledge/skills:
• 活动策划 Activities planning
• 良好的英语听说读写能力 Good English at listening, speaking, reading and writing
• 两年及以上度假村活动中心或其它相同职位工作经验 2 years and above working experience at resort activity center or other similar postions
• 至少一年管理岗位经验 At least 1 year working experience at managerial position

• 大专及以上学历 College and above
