Job Descriptions岗位描述:
1,开餐前检查餐厅摆台,清洁卫生,餐厅用具供应及设备设施的完好情况。
Check the table setting, cleaning and sanitation of the restaurant, the supply of utensils and equipment and facilities in good condition before the meal.
2.开餐期间督导服务员的工作,发挥带头作用,搞好现场培训。
During the meal to supervise the work of the waiter, play a leading role, do a good job of on-site training.
3.协调、沟通餐厅、传菜部及厨房的工作。
Coordinate and communicate the work of restaurant, food delivery department and kitchen.
4.对特殊客人及重要客人等比例予关注,介绍菜单内容、推荐特色菜点,并回答客人问题。
Pay attention to the proportion of special guests and important guests, introduce menu contents, recommend special dishes, and answer guest questions.
5.注意观察宾客的用餐情况,对特殊情况及时处理,提高宾宾满意率:及时处理客人投诉,并加以妥善地解决。

6.负责餐厅用具的补充。

Job Requirements 任职要求:
1.中专以上学历或同等学历,具有2年以上服务工作经验。
