【职位描述】
• 协调领班,服务员,领位的日常工作并当餐厅经理不在时,负责部门运作。
• 按标准执行服务流程并提供高效,优质的服务给每一位客人。
• 提供新的思路,以提高餐厅销售额。
• 提供一个友好的,但持重和周到的服务给客人。
• 预料客人的需求,确定满意度,提供建议,并为客人的担心和迫切的要求作出适当的反应。
• Coordinate the daily work of Supervisor, captains, servers, order takers, assign daily tasks and responsibilities and manage the department in
the absence of the Huang Ting Manager.
• Perform service procedures as per standard and provide an efficient and excellent service to each guest.
• Promote and bring new ideas to increase F&B sales in Huang Ting.
• Perform a friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service to guests.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
【任职要求】
• 英文与中文阅读,写作和口语能力。
• 类似职位至少3年经验(食品服务或相关工作)。
• 与员工,客人和经理良好的沟通。
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese language.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position (Food service or related work).
• Strong communication with staff, guests, managers and inter-personal skills.
